Privacy policy
COMEX® is a strategy game played in workshops. It collects only what the game needs, and deletes everything automatically after two years.
Who is responsible

What we collect
- During a game: the first name each player types, their role and their answers (rankings, votes, texts), and the team's business problem and roadmap. Players have no account and give no e-mail address.
- Feedback survey: your ratings and comments. Your name, title and company only if you agree to be quoted.
- Online diagnostic: your answers. Your name, e-mail, company and role only if you tick the contact box.
- Presentation pages: the comments and requests sent through the form, with a name if you give one.
Why
To run the game and produce the team's roadmap, to improve the game from your feedback, and to contact you if you asked us to. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not advertise.
Who can see it
HOOKS, and the facilitator of your session. Players of the same game see that game's results. Nothing is shared with other third parties, except the technical providers below.
Where it is kept
On a server rented from OVHcloud, in its London data centre (United Kingdom). A backup copy is kept by the platform's technical administrator.
How long
Two years after the last activity, then deleted automatically. Backups, kept to restore the service after a failure, are gone at the latest 60 days later.
Cookies and storage
Only what is needed: a cookie that lets you into the site (30 days) or into your game session (7 days), and, on your device, your first name, your language and your seat in the game so you can reconnect. No advertising cookies. Audience measurement (Umami, hosted by us) sets no cookie and keeps no IP address.
Technical providers
OVHcloud hosts the server. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. To limit abuse, the server keeps IP addresses in memory for at most an hour, never linked to your answers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@hooksdesign.com. Give the session code or the date of your answer. We reply within 30 days.
